Amazon is the world's largest online retailer. The SkuVault warehouse management system integrates with Amazon to automatically reflect the actual physical quantities in your warehouse on your Amazon webstore. Some other features of the Amazon / SkuVault integration include:
SkuVault's Amazon warehouse and inventory management system integration pulls your orders as well as your product data - including data such as SKU, product ID, name, item-type categorization, condition note, brand, price, description, and more. SkuVault then processes the order, and updates the new available quantities in real time to your Amazon store. SkuVault pulls orders via the integration, which allows SkuVault to provide an efficient pick list. We call it an "efficient" pick list, because SkuVault organizes the pick list by location, thereby creating a path for your pickers that leads them with the minimum amount of steps through your warehouse. SkuVault also offers advanced sales reports; take, for example, our brand and class report that gives you profit, sales total, weeks on hand, margins, turn, and more by product classifications or brands. SkuVault also supports per-SKU latency - this means you can set the Amazon handling time on a custom SKU level, which is useful when offering, for example, as part of a special, certain SKUs to be shipped faster. If you're on more than just Amazon, SkuVault can also pull orders from other channels or your shipping software so all pending sales from all channels come into SkuVault, allowing you to share quantities between channels and/or marketplaces.
SkuVault's Amazon inventory management system gives eCommerce businesses a way to manage their back end systems and processes with a seamless integration to one of the biggest front end sales platforms. The goal of SkuVault is to reflect what is actually happening in your facility with your inventory. If something gets scanned out for any reason, that quantity is removed from Amazon. Conversely, when you're receiving and putting stock into inventory locations, that additional quantity automatically gets reflected to Amazon. SkuVault supports multiple locations per product, so you can eliminate physically moving products around (a non value adding process) to keep things organized to find them. SkuVault always knows where your product is, and reduces picking times dramatically. One of the biggest benefits of the integration is that SkuVault can drastically reduce a company's out of stock percentage, which is paramount to selling on Amazon. Out of stocks lead to negative feedback, which not only loses sales, but actually affects where you rank in search results! Typically a company with 5-6% out of stocks can reduce that percentage to 0.5% or less with SkuVault's Amazon inventory management system.
SkuVault inventory management gives full barcoding capabilities to Amazon sellers to manage their back end. Amazon has high expectations of sellers, and to meet them, Amazon sellers need a trustworthy system to help them fulfill quickly and accurately to keep up with sales. SkuVault works hard to reduce human error and inefficiencies so eCommerce retailers can focus on growing their business, instead of running around wasting time. Amazon has always focused on being as efficient as possible, and now SkuVault gives sellers the chance to put the same practices into play in their warehouses. We're constantly adding new features to SkuVault in order to better serve our customers and our integrations partners, like Amazon, and pride ourselves on fostering a community that supports mutual growth. SkuVault inventory management system also integrates with Amazon Webstore, the all-in-one hosted eCommerce website solution with the tools you need to build an online business. The integration is similar in build and functionality to our Amazon integration, allowing you to sync quantities, prevent mis-picks, mis-ships, and out of stocks, decrease returns, and improve customer feedback.
